Starting Phooljhari isin't just about starting a brand, but giving birth to a new me, a hidden version of myself and starting more bolder and fearlessly which is more connected to my heart and a part of my new journey that is ' Phooljhari '.
Having pursued my career as a 'BBA graduate in Finance Specialisation' from Gogte College Of Commerce Belgaum & a 'Fashion Designer by Profession' From Hamstech Online University Hyderabad.
From childhood i was always very inclined towards Fashion & Styling and wanted to turn my passion and start my own brand as a business of my own.
But the journey towards entreprenuership wasan't easy for me, growing up i always watched a lot of financial struggles and life situations that evolved around it & the challenges faced of dreaming big of starting something my own was always questionable for me but with accepting the hardships and struggles faced while starting a business with equally carrying the weight of uncertainity of dreaming big, i found myself questioning if success was ever meant for someone like me, wherein i belong from a family where the passion was always measured by the title of a secured job with a fixed paycheck as that is what success looks like in the eyes of people and there came a time when i was held back saying ' What kind of Business is this and look at you ...your starting now others are way ahead of you in life we are questionable to answer people instead you should apply for a better job ...that is what slowly started questioning my identity and existence and the capability to dream big and achieve.
Taking it as a challenge to prove and break the barrier that every business and passion deserves the same respects and wings to fly high even if the roles of business are different. Yes its uncertain but never too late to start as dreams don't have expiration date your achievements and identity are yours build by you.
Today Phooljhari isin't just a jewellery brand but every piece of jewellery has the personal victory and countless sacrifices made by her in order of your love and support given by every women together celebrating and making it unforgettable as this brand is refection of who she is.
