SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - ( INDIA )

Phooljhari delivers to all the pincode within India only. We work with trusted and reliable Logistics partners to ensure careful handling of every order, so that your jewellery reaches to you safely, securely and delivered to you on time.

 

ORDER DISPATCH TIME :

We usually process and dispatch all phooljhari orders within 1 working day. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all the tracking details provided. Incase of any delays in processing your order, will keep you informed regarding the possible delays with clear updates on the revised timeline.

 

ORDER TRACKING :

Once your order is been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details with tracking URL and AWB Number. You can use this tracking URL to monitor your order on real time basis.

 

ORDER DELIVERY – INDIA

 We currently ship orders within India only. Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipments within 2-3 days in metro cities and 5-7 days for non- metro cities, calculated from the date we dispatch your orders.

In rare cases, delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen operational or logistics circumstances, customers are advised to track their orders using the tracking details provided on registered email-id and whatsapp.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE :

 A Valid 10 Digit Mobile Number is mandatory at the time of delivery of your order, as your logistics partners follow an OTP based delivery process. Failure to verification of the OTP may result in non-delivery of the package. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to delivery failure may incur to additional shipping charges will be applied and will be borne by the customers to reship the package.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES – INDIA

 We offer Free shipping across India for all Prepaid Orders only. For Cash On Delivery (COD ) orders, a 130 Cash Handling/Shipping Charges will be applicable.
