        RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

PHOOLJHARI RETURNS AND REFUNDS :

 

Not happy with your Phooljhari purchase ? Changed your mind after receiving it. No worries at all.

We understand that fashion products like jewellery have been purchased for specific and special occasions but changed your mind and decided to not wear it, at Phooljhari we never want you to regret your purchase.

To make it more simple, we offer an easy 3 step return process, once your return is approved and received, a refund in the form of coupon code  equivalent to the product value will be shared with you to your Email-Id for your future purchase.

 

STEP 1 :

 Please Email us at supportphooljhari@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving your order.

·       Your Order Number , Phone Number, Email-Id, Clear Images of the product.

We will then review your request and confirm your return request followed by next steps.

 

STEP 2 :

Once your return request is approved, you need to ship the product back to us within 5 days of approval with its original packaging intact by keeping in unused condition. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Kindly use a reliable courier partner and share the tracking details once shipped. Returns without original packaging or with damaged /used products will not be eligible for return

 REFUND PROCESSING :

Once we receive the returned product we will notify you within 24-48 hours after a quick quality check we will issue the applicable refund coupon code.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION :

Orders are usually processed within 2 hours of order placement. You are only eligible to cancel the order until its shipped from our warehouse.

 

PREPAID ORDERS :

The Prepaid Orders that are cancelled before shipping, customers between,

·       Refund to original payment method ( 5% deductions as payment gateway charges will be deducted)

·       Refund coupon code of the amount.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY ( COD ) ORDERS :

 

MODE OF REFUND :

All approved returns will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code can be used one time only and cannot be applied on any other order.

The coupon code will be valid for 1 year only from the date issuance. Only 1 coupon code can be used per order.

 

APPLICABLE DEDUCTIONS :

In certain situations, the following deductions may apply :

·       260 total will be deducted for non-acceptance of prepaid orders to cover forward and reverse shipping charges back to our warehouse.

·       The remaining amount will be issued as a refund coupon code sent via email. No refund will be processed to the Bank account or original payment methods for packages undelivered or returned.

 

ORDERS PLACED USING REFUND COUPON CODES :

If any refund coupon code of the previous order if applied to the new order which is not accepted by you, will expire and cannot be reissued and used again. We request customers to please ensure Prepaid orders/ COD Orders placed using coupon codes are been accepted by you.

 

PAYMENT DEDUCTIONS OF PREPAID TRANSACTIONS :

In rare cases where the payment amount is deducted from your card, UPI or wallet but you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us before you place an order.

If any new order is placed without confirming the status of the previous transactions, 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount while processing the refund.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING OFFER :

If any order is placed with a free shipping offer, a charge of 130 towards shipping from our warehouse to the customers will be deducted while processing the refund coupon code.

 

ORDER RETURNS USING REFUND COUPON CODE :

If customers who places an order using a refund coupon code and returns the order, will be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund coupon codes linked to the original order.

 

 

 

FREE SHIPPING ON OFFERS WITH REFUND COUPON CODES :

If a customer placed more than 2 orders using a refund coupon code and avails free shipping as a part of any partner ( 130 Shipping Charges will be deducted during refund processing )

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS :

All products purchased from Phooljhari are eligible for returns and will be issued in the form of coupon code as per our policy.

 

Please Note the following eligibility conditions :

1.    Products must be not be damaged and returned with original packaging intact in order to qualify for returns.

2.    Products that are damaged /used and returned without original packaging will not be eligible for refunds. Such items can be shipped back to the customers at an additional cost of 130 shipping charge, or may be collected in person from our warehouse.

3.    Returns request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and returned product must reach to our warehouse within 5 days of return approval and if not received and request received beyond the time frame will not be eligible for returns.

All Phooljhari products undergo 3 level of quality checks before dispatch. If the product quality does not meet your personal expectations, refunds will not be issued in monetory form. As per our policy, refunds will be processed in the form of coupon code only.

 

REFUND TIME PROCESSING :

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse or confirm the cancellations of your confirm the cancellations of your order, the refund coupon code will be processed within 3 working days.

 

 

Please note the following conditions :

·       The refund coupon code will only be valid for use if not applied to any other offer code while placing a new order.

·       A customer cannot apply more than 1 coupon code while placing an order and hence the orders that are placed using a refund coupon code will not be able to apply any other coupon code discount.

·       In case you receive a damaged product we will be happy to arrange an replacement for the same product ( subject to availability ). If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund coupon code equivalent to the amount paid for the product, which can be used for the next purchase.

 

 

DAMANGED PRODUCTS RECEIVED :

·       At Phooljhari every product goes through multiple level of quality check and is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

·       However in rare cases, a product may get damaged during transit and product reached to you in the condition you expected to be, please follow the steps below so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

1.    INFORM US WITHIN 48 HOURS :

           Please record an unboxing video of the package or click clear pictures of         the damaged products showing the issue.

      Email the details along with your order number and proof of damaged attached and write an email at supportphooljhari@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

 

 

 

 

2.    REVERSE PICKUP :

Once your request is approved and verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.

The pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours after confirmation. We request you to keep the product ready for pickup.

If the pickup attempt fails, this will lead to cancellation of pickup and you may be required to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges.

 

3.    RESOLUTION :

After the reverse pickup is completed and product is received at our warehouse we will then dispatch the replacement of the same product ( subject to availability ) or a refund code equivalent to the product value will be issued for your next purchase.

The refund coupon code will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Please note that no refunds will be allowed for damaged and replacement cases. We will be happy to replace the product or provide a refund coupon code for future purchase.
